Exceptional Work
We’ve been exceptionally pleased with the quality of Sir’s work. He was referred to us by Best Septic when our septic drain field began failing last Thanksgiving.
We employed him as our sole agent in the site survey, permitting, septic tank – treatment filter – pump basin – control panel and drain field installation, old septic decommissioning and currently as our maintenance technician.
Sir was very willing to discuss any/all options, and was very creative with respect to details that made our system better, more affordable and durable. We’ve had no problems to date with our system, and it appears to be operating flawlessly.
He’s also a skilled equipment operator and was able to help us optimize/improve our site drainage at points during the project, and saved us money on our cap and fill system by utilizing on-site fill dirt vs bringing in external fill.
We’d recommend Sir for anything Septic System, digging/hauling and/or otherwise similar, related work.

Sir is a skilled professional who has proven himself to be honest, responsible, dependable and possesses excellent communication skills. [Our daughter] contacted Sir…to assess and repair the septic system on a parcel of land she purchased in Lowell, Oregon. My wife and I were in California at the time and so our initial conversation and introduction to Sir was over the telephone. He called to report that there was no septic tank or system on the property, and he went to work immediately. The job was completed in a professional manner, in record time and ended up costing less than his initial bid.
Another incident occurred recently, when [our daughter] called Sir to assist with a problem she was having with the septic pump. He responded within the hour, and repaired an electrical wiring problem, caused by the Electrician who did not provide adequate wiring, which caused the system to fail. Sir Helio Fox has proven to be the man and worker he appears to be and I highly recommend him to you.
